  With bowl game aspirations, the Georgia Tech football team faces ACC rival North Carolina State tomorrow. The 1 p.m. game at Bobby Dodd Stadium features teams going in opposite directions. Tech is gunning for a winning season after three consecutive losing ones, while the Wolfpack carry a 2-7 record after a bowl-victory 1994 season.
