On Thursday, October 19 at 11 a.m., the student body will have the opportunity to talk with Georgia Tech's new Dean of Students. The Student Center Ideas & Issues Committee will bring Dean Gail DiSabatino to Room 320 of the Student Center to speak and answer student's questions. This is a great time to meet the administrator with whom you are most likely to interact.
Dean Gail recently came to Georgia after living in California for a number of years where she served as the Director of Student Life at California State Polytechnic University. She has received numerous honors and awards including the Multicultural Advocate Award from the National Association for Campus Activities.
She is currently busy meeting with students, working with the Academic Honor Code, helping with the Diversity Forum, and serving students in many other ways. If you have any questions, ideas, or would just like to meet Dean Gail, this event is for you.
