5K run will benefit Brain Injury Association of Georgia

The Fourth Annual Heads Up 5k run, organized by Beta Theta Pi at Georgia Tech, will be held this Saturday, November 15, as a part of TEAM Buzz Community Service Day. The race will begin at 8:30 a.m. at the Alexander Memorial Coliseum on Techwood Drive.

The entry fee for this race is $10 for students and $13 for others. Runners will receive a logo T-shirt, and prizes will be awarded to the top finishers. All proceeds from this event will go to the Brain Injury Association of Georgia. "Last year, we had about 275 runners from all over the city, and this year we anticipate even more," said Jason Linscott, race coordinator for Beta Theta Pi.
